Rule 199-42.10 - Removal of equipment

Upon completion of any facility, the public utility shall remove, or cause to be removed, all tools, equipment, or other property used in the construction and, if railroad property was moved or disturbed, restore that property to the same condition it was in prior to being moved or disturbed.
