Discovery procedures available to parties in civil actions are available to the parties. However, because of the expedited nature of these proceedings, all responses must be given within five days of receipt of any request, and all discovery requests must be delivered so that discovery is completed at least five days prior to the date set for hearing. Parties must make good-faith efforts to resolve discovery disputes before filing any motion relating to discovery.
