Rule 199-10.10 - Fees and expenses(1)Permit expenses. The pipeline company shall pay the actual unrecovered cost incurred by the commission attributable to the informational meeting, processing, investigation, hearing, and inspection related to a petition requesting a pipeline permit or any other activity of the commission related to a pipeline permit.(2)Construction inspection. The pipeline company shall reimburse the commission for the actual unrecovered expenses incurred due to inspection of pipeline construction or testing activities following from the granting of a pipeline permit.Iowa Admin.
