Rule 199-1.6 - Consent for the sale or lease of goods and services

An official or employee shall not sell or lease, either directly or indirectly, any goods or services to individuals, associations, or corporations subject to the regulatory authority of the board without complying with the provisions of rule 351-6.11 (68B) of the Iowa ethics and campaign disclosure board.
