Rule 193G-6.1 - Investigative authority

The board is authorized by Iowa Code sections 17A.13(1), 272C.3, 272C.4 and 272C.6(4) to conduct disciplinary investigations to determine whether grounds exist to initiate a disciplinary proceeding against a registrant.
