Rule 193G-3.6 - Grounds for denial of registration renewal

Failure of a registrant to complete the continuing education requirements as set forth in this chapter, or failure to file a report of completed continuing education, or failure to submit a written request for waiver or exemption shall be grounds for the board to deny renewal of the registration.
