Rule 193F-4.5 - Applying for certification as a certified residential appraiser or certified general appraiser

An associate appraiser may apply for certification as a certified residential real estate appraiser or as a certified general real estate appraiser as set by the AQB criteria and consistent with Iowa Code chapter 543D and the rules of the board.
