Rule 193D-3.7 - Grounds for denial of license renewal

Failure of a licensee to complete the continuing education requirements as set forth in this chapter, or failure to file a report of completed continuing education, or failure to submit a written request for waiver or exemption shall be grounds for the board to deny renewal of the license.
