Rule 193D-3.4 - Hearings

In the event of denial, in whole or in part, of any application for approval of credit for continuing education activity, the licensee shall have the right, within 20 days after the date of notification of the denial by mail, to request a hearing by the board. The hearing shall be held within 60 days after receipt of the request for the hearing. The decision of the board shall be final.
