Rule 193-7.9 - Form of answer

Unless otherwise provided in the notice of hearing, the answer may include any additional facts or information that the respondent deems relevant to the issues and that may be of assistance in the ultimate determination of the case, including explanations, remarks or statements of mitigating circumstances.
