(1) Fees to be paid directly to the division shall be paid by check. Fees accompanying electronic filings shall be paid in a manner as directed by the commissioner.(2) Fees related to this chapter are as follows:a. The fee to accompany an application for a certificate of registration is $100.b. The fee to accompany the filing of an annual report is $50.c. The fee to renew a certificate of registration is $100.d. The fee for the late filing of an annual report or of an application to renew a certificate of registration is $100.(3) The division may charge a reasonable fee for the compilation and production of records necessary to evaluate an application for a certificate of registration, an application for the renewal of a certificate of registration, or an annual report.Iowa Admin.
