A third-party administrator shall promptly respond in writing to inquiries from the commissioner A third-party administrator's actions are deemed untimely under this rule if the third-party administrator fails to respond to an inquiry from the commissioner within 30 days of the receipt of the inquiry, unless good cause exists for delay and the commissioner has given the third-party administrator a time extension in writing.
