Rule 191-55.20 - Fees

(1) Fees may be paid by check or credit card.

(2) The fee for a criminal history check as required pursuant to Iowa Code section 522B.5A is $50.

(3) The fee for issuance or renewal of an individual public adjuster license is $50 for two years.

(4) The fee for issuance or renewal of a business entity public adjuster license is $50 for two years.

(5) The fee for reinstatement of a public adjuster license is $50.

(6) The division may charge a reasonable fee for the compilation and production of public adjuster licensing records.

(7) The fee for an examination may be set by the outside testing service under contract with the division and must be approved by the division.
