Rule 191-103.3 - Filings of forms, contracts and other items

If Iowa Code chapter 523C as amended by 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 619, or this chapter requires an item to be filed with the division, the applicable item shall be filed with the division's securities and regulated industries bureau, regardless of whether the applicable item has already been filed elsewhere within the division.
