Rule 191-4.44 - [Effective until 4/24/2024] Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by Iowa Code section 17A.9(5), after receiving a petition for a declaratory order, the division shall take action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section 17A.9(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order is as defined in rule 191-3.2 (17A).
