Rule 191-32.5 - Deposit of securities

Banks or trust companies meeting the requirements of rule 32.4(508) are hereby designated by the commissioner as places for the deposits under Iowa Code sections 5086. and 5118(16).. Securities required to be deposited under these Iowa Code sections shall no longer be deposited with the commissioner

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 5086. and 5118., subsection 16.
