Rule 191-13.10 - Violations and penalties

A prohibited person who engages in the business of insurance without the consent of the commissioner or otherwise in violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be in violation of Iowa Code section 522B.2 and is subject to the penalties provided in Iowa Code section 522B.17.
