Rule 191-10.13 - Reporting of actions

(1) A producer must report to the division any actions required to be reported by Iowa Code section 522B.16.

(2) A producer must report to the division all CSRU or centralized collection unit of the department of revenue actions taken under or in connection with Iowa Code chapter 252J or 272D and all court orders entered in such actions.

(3) Failure to file reports required by this rule is a violation of this chapter and will subject producers to penalty pursuant to rule 191-10.20 (522B).
