Rule 191-10.1 - Purpose and authority

(1) The purpose of these rules is to set out the requirements, procedures and fees relating to the qualification, licensure and appointment of insurance producers.

(2) These rules are authorized by Iowa Code section 505.8 and are intended to implement Iowa Code chapters 252J, 272D, 515K and 522B.
