Rule 191-71.8 - Case characteristics

(1) A small employer carrier may use age, geographic area, family composition, and group size in establishing premium rates, subject to Iowa Code section 5136.4(2).

(2) Additional rating factors are not allowed without the prior approval of the commissioner.
