Rule 189-14.2 - Application of rules

The rules of this chapter shall apply only to examination reviews and investigations conducted by the division. They do not apply to inquiries conducted by the division regarding chartering or employee group applications, or to hearings, appeals or rule-making proceedings. Further, these rules in no way limit the authority granted to the division or the superintendent by Iowa Code chapter 533.
