Rule 189-12.11 - Preservation of ballots

(1) Immediately upon certification of the results of the vote by the election committee, any written ballots shall be sealed and appropriately labeled. Electronic vote results shall be saved electronically.

(2) All ballots and voting results shall be retained by the credit union for at least 60 days, and until any disputes are resolved.
