Rule 187-4.2 - Term of office

The terms of office for members of the state banking council, other than the superintendent, shall be four-year, staggered terms. Beginning May 1, 2005, members shall be appointed by the governor as follows: one member shall be appointed for a one-year term, one member shall be appointed for a two-year term, two members shall be appointed for three-year terms, and two members shall be appointed for four-year terms.
