Rule 187-11.7 - Waiver of procedures

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter. However, the division in its discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when it deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
