The intentional possession or willful keeping of any gambling device as defined in Iowa Code section 725.9 upon the premises of any establishment licensed by the division shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of Iowa Code section 123.49(2)"a" and subject the license of said licensee to suspension or revocation.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.4 and 123.49.
