A person holding a class "A" wine permit or a class "A" beer permit shall warehouse their wine or beer inventory within the state of Iowa. A warehouse of a person holding a class "A" wine permit or a class "A" beer permit shall be considered a licensed premises.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.127 and 123.175.
