When the local authority revokes or suspends a retail alcohol license, the local authority shall notify the division in written form stating the reasons for the revocation or suspension and in the case of a suspension, the length of time of the suspension.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.4, 123.32, and 123.39.
