Rule 185-19.6 - Public availability

Subject to the provisions of Iowa Code section 17A.3, the division shall maintain a record of all orders granting or denying waivers under this chapter. All final rulings in response to requests for waivers shall be indexed and available to members of the public at the Alcoholic Beverages Division, 1918 SE Hulsizer Road, Ankeny, Iowa 50021. All orders granting or denying a waiver petition shall be indexed, filed, and available for public inspection as provided in Iowa Code section 17A.3. Orders containing information that the division is authorized or required to keep confidential shall be edited prior to public inspection.
