Rule 161-3.1 - Anonymity of complaint

For purposes of public commission meetings the complaints shall be identified only by case number so that the anonymity of the complaints and parties can be preserved. Nothing in this provision shall apply to executive sessions of the commission or meetings after the commission has made a decision to hold a public hearing.
