Rule 11-101.4 - Parking for persons with disabilities

(1) Spaces designated for persons with disabilities in visitor parking areas, unless specifically posted for employee parking, shall be used only by visitors with disabilities or by persons transporting visitors with disabilities. Such visitors are required to display a persons with disabilities parking permit in or on their vehicle pursuant to Iowa Code section 321L.4.

(2) Spaces designated for employees with disabilities shall be used only by employees with disabilities, or persons who are transporting employees with disabilities, who display a persons with disabilities parking permit in or on their vehicle pursuant to Iowa Code section 321L.4 and who display a capitol complex parking decal.
