Rule 11-1.2 - Location

The department's primary office is located in the Hoover State Office Building, Third Floor, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319-0150. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The department's website atdas.iowa.gov provides information about the department's organization and services.
