Section 915 IAC 3-6-1 - Requirements for assistance from the fund

Sec. 1.

In order to be eligible for assistance from the fund, an applicant must meet all of the following:

(1) The military service eligibility criteria established by section 2 of this rule.

(2) The financial criteria established by section 3 of this rule.

(3) The hardship criteria established by section 4 of this rule.
