Section 915 IAC 3-5-2 - Complete application

Sec. 2.

(a) The department shall notify the applicant in writing when the application is complete. An application shall not be considered complete until all required information and documentation have been received by the department. The department may request additional information not listed in section 1 of this rule that it deems necessary to determine the applicant's or the applicant's spouse's income, assets, wealth, or financial condition.
(b) The department may deny an incomplete application if all required documentation is not received within thirty (30) days of the first submission. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline for receiving the documentation shall be the next business day.
