Section 915 IAC 2-4-1 - Voluntary discharge

Sec. 1.

A resident shall be voluntarily discharged from the home when the resident:

(1) has satisfactorily demonstrated a readiness to return to independent living; or

(2) no longer wishes to remain a resident.
