Sec. 3.
A qualified entity shall notify the department of any changes in the application information in writing within ten (10) days of the change. The department may revoke a qualified entity's eligibility for a grant for veterans' services if the changes affect the applicant's eligibility for a grant and require the qualified entity to submit a new application based on any changes to the information submitted in the prior application.
