Section 910 IAC 1-6-1 - Failures constituting default; default orders

Sec. 1.

When a party has:

(1) failed to plead or otherwise defend as provided by this article; or
(2) failed to appear for a public hearing after proper notice; such party is in default. Upon a showing that a party is in default, the commission may enter an order by default in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Administrative Orders and Procedures Act.
