Section 910 IAC 1-1.5-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

The definitions in this rule apply throughout this article unless otherwise indicated. Any term used in this rule that is defined in the Indiana Civil Rights Law shall be given the meaning provided under the Indiana Civil Rights Law unless otherwise indicated.
