Section 910 IAC 1-10-2 - Continuances

Sec. 2.

Upon application, the chair, vice chair, or, if both are unavailable, any commissioner for good cause shown may extend the date on which a hearing has been set. If a presiding officer has been appointed pursuant to this article, the presiding officer shall rule on such application.
