Section 905 IAC 1-5.1-7 - Cooperative advertising

Sec. 7.

An arrangement in which a primary source of supply or wholesaler participates with a retailer or dealer in paying for an advertisement of the retailer or dealer constitutes paying the retailer or dealer for advertising and is prohibited.
