Section 905 IAC 1-43.1-2 - Fees

Sec. 2.

(a) All permit fees must be paid at the time the application for a permit is submitted to the commission.

(b) The initial license fee and renewal fee for the holder of a gaming site permit is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
