Section 905 IAC 1-40-5 - Supplemental caterers' permit

Sec. 5.

In order for a supplemental caterers' permit holder to sell, on a temporary basis only, alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption at locations other than its licensed premises for an event or events to be open to the public, the supplemental caterer must:

(1) Comply with the notice requirements of IC 7.1-3-9.5-2.

(2) Notify the local law enforcement agency responsible for the area in which the catered function will be held.
