Section 905 IAC 1-29-7 - Package alcoholic beverages; change of approved floor plan a violation

Sec. 7.

Any change in the floor plans of the licensed premises of any retail permittee made after the date of the adoption of this rule shall require the prior approval of the alcohol and tobacco commission, and failure to obtain such prior approval shall constitute a violation of this rule.
