Section 905 IAC 1-14-1 - Statement of charges

Sec. 1.

To remove a member of a local board for good cause, including negligence in the performance of duties, the Prosecutor or any member of the Commission shall prepare and sign a statement of charges against the local board member whose removal is contemplated, and file same with the Commission.
