Section 879 IAC 1-6-7 - Advertising

Sec. 7.

No licensing education or continuing education course provider conducting a course of study shall advertise or make any reference in its advertising, promotional material, brochures, and/or registration forms that it is:

(1) endorsed by;

(2) recommended by;

(3) accredited by; or

(4) affiliated with;

the board. However, the licensing education or continuing education course provider may state that the course being presented has been approved by the board.
