Section 876 IAC 7-2-9 - Sponsor renewal

Sec. 9.

Under IC 25-34.1-9-14(b), a sponsor of courses shall submit by December 1 of each even-numbered year the following to obtain approval for renewal:

(1) A letter requesting such renewal.

(2) The renewal fee provided for in 876 IAC 5-3-1.
