Section 876 IAC 3-5-3 - Course records

Sec. 3.

The provider of an approved real estate appraiser continuing education course must retain records of students who complete the course for a minimum of six (6) years. The records must include the following:

(1) Attendance records.

(2) Examination score records (if applicable).

(3) Duplicate copies of completion certificates.
