Section 876 IAC 3-1-3 - "License" defined

Sec. 3.

"License" has the meaning set forth in IC 25-34.1-1-2(5), and includes any of the following:

(1) Indiana licensed trainee appraiser.

(2) Indiana licensed residential appraiser.

(3) Indiana certified residential appraiser.

(4) Indiana certified general appraiser.
