Section 865 IAC 1-5-2 - Land surveyor applicant

Sec. 2.

A land surveyor:

(1) registered in another state;

(2) making application for registration in Indiana; and

(3) otherwise qualified; shall be assigned Part IIB of the land surveyor examination as described in 865 IAC 1-4-3.
