Section 865 IAC 1-15-3 - Length of instruction hour; length of course

Sec. 3.

(a) One (1) hour of continuing education must contain at least fifty (50) minutes of instruction.

(b) A continuing education course shall be a minimum of one (1) hour of instruction.
