Section 865 IAC 1-15-22 - Expiration of approval

Sec. 22.

Continuing education courses approved by the board under section 9(b) of this rule remain approved indefinitely until or unless:

(1) any of the items defining that course and required under section 9(b) of this rule change, in which case a provider wishing to maintain approval must resubmit course information as provided under section 9(b) of this rule; or

(2) such approval is rescinded by action of the board under section 21 of this rule.
